Not sure it took them a while to figure it out. First year they were traded they won it all. You could argue their age but seems like a bit of a coincidence. Maybe it was just made to be a bigger deal than it actually was. Seguin as well became one of the top players in the league as soon as he was traded. A change of scenery often does wonders. Especially when you leave the worst run organization in the league and go to a well run one. Put Hall in a good situation and as I said I think he could be a top 10 player in the league. Seems to me your basing your opinion more off your personal feelings towards him than his actual hockey ability. We don't know him as a person so why make opinions like we do. We can see what he is capable of on the ice though so I'll base my opinion on that. He seemed to excell in junior when surrounded by a good team. Led his team to two memorial cups. Id say he's handled himself pretty damn well considering he's played his entire career in Edmonton.
