I don't like all of this revisionist history about Iggy. He was one of the top 10 players in the world for around 9 season here, and he still prepares harder than the majority of players in the league. The only mistake in his time here is GMs and Coaches allowing him to have too much sway over their decisions.
There was a lack of competition, a lack of versatility, and complacency through the line up. But I think the first two caused the third, and you can't possibly blame the first two on a player.
