Used to work on the grounds for the Stampede, and one of the jobs I would get assigned is to fix the fence over by the river/bridge, where folks would always try to cut through or jump over the fence to get onto the grounds for free.
We'd always find bits of cloth stuck on the barbs whenever we'd turn up to fix the fence again.

These days the stampede should keep the wire, and add a "######bag cam" live on the internet for everyone to watch who is trying to cross. Could be good entertainment.
