Im sure the majority of us have had a coach at one point or another that has the "in your face" style as Roy. Eventually that same coach becomes repetitive and loses the locker room.
Keenan, Torts and Roy are all the same.
Makes me appreciate Hartley that much more - walks the fine line between being the boss and being one of the boys.

I honestly think they overachieved last season and were due for a big drop-off. They still have a great future and Roy is going nowhere.
