It looks like the Beth kidnapper group are some more weird people - "the sacrifices we make in here are for the greater good. In here, you're not the greater good. You're part of a system." It looks like the one woman is wearing a police uniform, and they're in some facility like perhaps a hospital. Having seen the first two episodes we now know that that isn't Terminus, which the trailer led us to believe. Looks like we're dealing with another organized "society".
So the big question is who of the 3 parties - father Gabriel, the hunters, the kidnappers - is connected? Are they even connected at all?
I think Bob must have been infected. They made that clear by focusing on the zombie in the water before it grabbed Bob, then the last kiss, and him outside obviously distraught. They wouldn't have done that if he wasn't. So are the Hunters done for already? Did cooking their Bob burgers make a difference? lol.

I don't think that the kidnappers get Carol and Daryl necessarily, just that the group doesn't know where they went and attribute it to whatever happened to Bob. They didn't tell the group obviously. So their gone for a while, but doesn't necessarily mean they get captured or in any extended trouble of sorts.
Everything else, yeah not sure. That's the biggest question for me too. Who is connected to who. We've got three possible groups and they may or may not be connected to each other. Or two might be, various possibilities there.
