i can't seem to find anything online to confirm, but pretty sure he didn't get any suspensions from his team or the league. In fact, it didn't make proportional waves in the NHL headlines at the time either or have public outcry the way the rice or peterson incidents have. |
But that case was thrown out, along with possible evidence of slander on behalf of his wife. Not saying which is true in the matter, but the reason it didn't make waves is because her story was not adding up
