Anyways both leagues are terrible because in both leagues they play football. But if I had to chose one or the other, I would chose the CFL 10 times out of 10. I have never heard of Austrians, Dutch, Russians or Turks make fun of their local soccer leagues because they don't compare to the English, German or Spanish leagues. Yet half of this country feels like it's the cool thing to do to passionately cheer on a team from a city they've never been to in a league they have no emotional connection to all because the athletes make more money in it.... Truly mind blowing stuff.

Not necessarily a valid comparison. All the leagues in those countries play the exact same game.
