Hudler did spend a good chunk of time as a LWer last year.
Statistically his most frequent line combination was
Hudler - Backlund - Stempniak at 14.24%
He definitely got used as both (primarily as a RWer), though even when he's a RWer he makes his way onto the left side of the ice often.
