On another note, why is this a faux resignation? Seems pretty real to me?
In general its interesting to watch peoples reactions to the resignation. Some have been pushing for this for months, and now they attribute it to a terrible report. I have no doubt that the report isn't a good one, but really as soon as she stepped down as premier (which was the real shocker IMO) it was a foregone conclusion that her time as an MLA was limited. She probably just got sick and tired of people tracking her down while she was on vacation and just constantly nitpicking. I think that would wear on anyone.
EDIT: Just thought that I would add that I'm not betting anything like a mortgage here, but I'm up for something friendly!
