If I understand that correctly, what they did was say "which province searches for 'black poop' the most?" and Alberta was top of that list. It doesn't mean there's an epidemic of people in Alberta crapping out lumps of charcoal.
This sort of research doesn't really tell us anything because they were looking for the horrible search terms and just matching them to the provinces. Of course they're going to get a bunch of horrible search terms to match up with every province if you're already looking for them.
