But is a few years worth of baby damage, worth it compared to couple B? And although he has a stable job, 1st born baby years can suck a lot of money out of him and things might not be as stable.
The keyword that sold me on couple B was "conscientious". It's harder to find people like that who respect your property and make sure they pay their rent on time.
I dont know the demographics but couple B is a harder find, even if you're only going to have them for just 1 year
