Well then you tell us. Who is going to use Engelland's contract as a leveraging point in negotiations with Treliving? Brodie? no. Wotherspoon? unlikely. Smid? already makes more money. Russell? nope. A future free agent? Possible but still not a very strong argument. It just isn't a very big deal, period.
