What does this have to do with Horak being over-rated? I would say this ranking actually makes sense as it has a proven quantity over some players who not many knew about. I can understand that, especially without gloating about it. Horak was a guy expected to compete for a position and many others were sti works in progress. Some saw Horak as being closer, without understanding how quickly players can rise or drop. Going with what you know is the law of the jungle in the NHL, which is why many young players never get their chance.
For the record, I selected Granlund early, just as I did with Reinhart, but I completely understand why people would have liked Horak over two players coming off of less than inspiring years.
