I'm sure Cooke's thought it - well i'm not going to fight that guy again.... hasn't stopped him from being dirty.
Tortorella's problem was the reaction to it all. It was shown countless times during the year that if you just ignore the 4th line guys starting and go with a normal line, nothing will occur. He was goading into a wang waving contest and couldn't resist partaking.
