I honestly believe you are putting yourself and others at risk to slow down to 60 when the flow of traffic is going 30 km/h faster. Nobody wants a speeding ticket for any number of reasons. That doesn't change the fact that it is safer to stay with traffic than hit the brakes on a freeway because a dirty old sign they forgot to take down in October is telling you to do so.
