I have this cover as well. It folds up nice. Doesn't have material that flaps in the wind or rips. Can easily be removed in a matter of minutes, which is nice if you upgrade your pickup, or need to remove it to fit more in your box.

One downside, pointed out by a friend, is that it is above the box. Which doesn't bother me personaly.

I think I paid just under $1000 around two years ago.
