An okay episode overall, but the Dean's freestyle rap was one of the highlights of the season for me, as was Abed's apology. The textbook arc didn't really add much but was funny, and the Abed/Annie arc was dealing with some important issues for them, but was sort of uncomfortable to watch. Although not necessarily in a bad way: seeing people humiliate themselves infront of people they love is always uncomfortable. Off the top of my head, I can't recall another episode where Community has made you feel uncomfortable for the characters. And it makes sense that VHS gaming as this weird environment where Annie and Abed, given equal motivation, would battle one-another to a stalemate.
