The mistake that was made was not sending Baertschi down to Abby sooner.
I also think it's a bit premature to say Burke is going to trade Baertschi. Sending him down will give him a chance to get his confidence back, which is what I think Burke wants him to do. If he can't do that then he won't have much of a career anywhere in the NHL.
