No longer Toonie beers, but occasionally they'll have $1 hot dog nights.
Something about the city bitching and complaining that $2 beers is unsafe.

Corbin Knights goal was a beauty. He was a trailer on the play - the puck finds him in the high slot and he hesitates and drags it past a defender before snapping it top-corner.
Granlund's goal on the penalty shot was effortless. Marlies goalie was Sparks - never heard of him but I guess he's the second-string guy.
Only one ref working this game, and I thought quite a bit got missed. Is that normal for the AHL?

It's more or less a crap shoot as to whether there'll be one or two refs working the game. I'd say it's more common to have one ref than two.
