There is no question that you want (and have to demand) accountability.
However, you are also trying to develop young players - if the message is make a bad play and you sit, you immediately lose all aggressiveness.
Galiardi knows what he did and he apologized to the team after the game apparently.
I think the best thing to do is let him go right back out there and show that he will play hard for his team-mates.
Far better to let guys make up for their mistakes than have them stew over them.
