Pretty ridiculous. It's one thing to not get your drivers licence or even pay your taxes but this takes it to a whole new level. I hope it gets sorted out quickly.

Whole "movement" seems like basically a cop out of paying back into the society these people have probably knowingly or unknowingly gotten so much out of. That or some sort of cover for investment, renters, tax, etc fraud.

What a dick.
