That's true, but in every one of my posts I'm clear that is the
opportunity for leisure that is the bonus of a lake community. Having a lake doesn't mean you don't have golf, bike paths, parks, etc. It means you have those
and you have a lake. And you don't pay any material amount more for it. It's weird you guys don't see that's better than not having a lake.
