it might just be one scrimmage, but based on that, everybody will tell you that
- he's not lacking smarts
- he's not a pylon
- and if he's one of the worst skaters in the WHL, they all have to be figure skaters there
No, he's not brilliant and not a blue-chip prospect at this point, but you can't be surprised that after today, people are a bit baffled after reading your scouting report. Based on your description, one would have to imagine a big immobile, slow and stupid player who doesn't belong - and that simply doesn't seem to be true. He was very solid out there today. He's a legit prospect.
