Im confused on this notion that it takes Dmen wayyyyyy longer to develop into their potential business. Look at the years in the league from those Dman.
Here is a list of the Dmen chosen in the top 10 in the last 10 years. (there are 3 omitted, 1 passed away and 2 were busts)
