The worst for me by far was knifing poor Mrs. Stark in the stomach over and over. I think she's supposed to live in the books, so that felt like a cheap shot for shock value. Honestly, I probably could have done without that part, but the focus for that scene was largely on Robb and Catelyn. The Umbers, etc. were all background actors that didn't really factor in very much. Thinking about it, quite a bit of what happened after the first shots were fired was changed in little ways. Oh well.
