you are really comparing a dry cleaning business to an airline business?
It costs virtually nothing to fly around nowadays AND half its customers needs to be treated like a princess. Like I say they do plenty that is wrong, but they work on nothing margins so if the skimp on TV's now and then that really isn't a big deal in the scheme of things.
