They are all fast, and most of them do LTE. What more do you want? Everything else is personal preference.

I don't understand people getting the S3, then complaining about size. Assuming you're a man with man-sized hands, what's the problem? My 10-year-old niece has an iPhone 4S. That phone is bigger relative to her hand size than my S3 is relative to my hand size.
