Even if he could have such a thing would only really be possible if the Liberals still had a delegated convention style leadership selection process. After switching to a preferenial ballot it'd be next to impossible since there would have had to have been both a stated and organized effort to put Justin Trudeau's name last in order of preference and there would have needed to have been a significantly more even gap amoungst contenders.
