SOMEONE got to Feaster and stopped him from tearing the team apart, because his words and body language suggested that he made the same realization that the majority of hockey people in the world realized, that it was time to rebuild.
Feaster's been singing a consistent "win now" tune ever since. I'm guessing whoever administered that whipping on him laid it on pretty good.

He said afterwards that there were deals on the table and seemed frustrated with nothing happening. There are two sides to each trade. Maybe the returns being offered for key pieces were not acceptable to the franchise. You don't just trade for the sake of trading, you have to get something back that ultimately strengthens your team.
