Honestly I think he's a good coach as you can't argue with the results he gets from career AHLers but I simply don't think he's the right guy to be developing Flames prospects. In the NHL where only winning matters I think he would be a good coach and in fact I believe his style would be more effective with the Flames personnel than Hartley's up tempo style of play which has resulted in a soft and sloppy defensive team.
