Sound familiar? Yeah, because we all loved how Brent tried to force square pegs into round holes. If Ward quit, he would get another job very quickly. His job is to develop players, but it is also to get W's and if he thinks his system is the way to do that, you can't just come and demand he coach another way or this franchise will look like micromanaging aholes. If his job was to purely develop players we would not have players like Kolanos, Street, Taylor, etc. on the farm team.
