I'd prefer to avoid these bandaid fixes, and just let this team show what it's got over the next 15 games, and handle the future of the roster at the trade deadline based on where we sit.

Actually I agree I'm with you on this thinking. How do we really know what is on the farm. Questions of Nemisz, Byron, Breen, Bouma, Reinhart, Horak, and Carson. Evaluate and then be honest with yourselves for once.
