But I web-searched an individual working at a local company that a friend worked at (this was pre-google days). He said the guy seemed fishy. In fact his first day, he said it seemed odd that he showed up in a cab, and had all new clothes like he just got out of jail or something. Well one night when he was over watching the game, we did a web search on him. Turned out him and his ex wife kidnapped and tortured a prostitute, and spent a couple years in jail. That wasn't as shocking as the fact that he managed to work there for 8 months, before anyone figured it out.
