Not the worst either, but it's certainly down there.
My only worry is that most OEM machines do not have the sort of power supply to handle a better video card than what they're equipped with from the factory. So you might need to buy both a power supply AND a video card. So budget for that.
But if that's the machine you want, then get it, and try Sim City V on it. Who knows, it
might end up being just fine.
If you can look past the fact that it runs a lesser AMD processor, you can get this machine from Memory Express (
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX42479) that has the video card power you need, at the cost of some CPU power. There really isn't much that AMD can touch Intel on where mid to high end processors are concerned.
Or just build something. I'm sure if you wanted, a number of us on here could put together a spec sheet from Memory Express that would do what you want it to do.
