I've got a good receding hairline going and my friends will joke about it (luckily it's not a big deal to me because I buzz my hair anyways) but if you think about it, thats something that is absolutely out of my control in every way. There is nothing I could do to change that. Where as we have a few bigger friends but no one would dare make fun of them for that even though there is a lot they could do to try and change it. It's not an intimidation thing either. It's 100% based on hurting their feelings.

Seems weird to me.
Because fat people are a majority now, and instead of admitting they have a problem and are eating themselves into an early grave, they bang the drum that allows them to appear victimized and not responsible for their affliction.
