Nothing against you or anyone else this works for, as I have heard it before and was suggested to me, but have an interesting side note on it.
When this was suggested to me years ago and I tried it I noticed I started having a lot more nightmares than usual when I did sleep. I think it did help me fall asleep a LITTLE more than usual, but the sleep felt more disturbed and sometimes filled with bad dreams.
I talked to the doctor about it and she said to me, 'actually that's a common complaint.' Even about the dream part. Weird, but true. So you never know.
