I (truly) do admire that you have a very clear idea of what you are looking for and what your expectations are. However, I think you will find as you get older you will find that a persons' past, is just that their past. You will find that a relationship can be great regardless of what either of you have done in the past.
There is no harm in knowing someone's history, but unless it somehow interferes with the relationship; there is no sense dwelling on it.
