I think a vote for Locke because he has the best chance at beating the evil party that has a government majority is a wasted vote.
I got Locke's pamphlet in the mail today. It was desperation. It rambled about being the only one able to beat Crockatt. It showed pictures of him with Nenshi and Redford as if they were endorsing him. His campaign turned into suggesting a vote for him was the only vote against Crockatt. He really didn't do anything deserve my vote. Rewarding that type of campaign is about as bad as rewarding the no-show Crockatt.
When I look at the Twitter discussion between Brett Wilson and Stephen Carter, my vote is helping prove that Calgarians do not just blindly vote for someone or blindly against someone. And that means my vote was very worthwhile. My vote mattered. Maybe not to select my current MP, but hopefully for something more.
