No, actually you brought up the idea that having soldiers or military personnel charged with human rights complaints means that the country isn't a place where human rights are offered. I countered with America to destroy your notion.
This is the problem with people watching too much Fox News. Lebanon is a democracy with several Christians in the government and the people of Lebanon get treated fairly by their government. Human rights in Lebanon is not an issue. They've got other internal issues but human rights isn't one.
