Then cut your losses. Manage the arena, but don't throw another dime into that financial sinkhole. It does not work. It can not work. Not now, not ever. Phoenix is a disaster. It is hockey kryptonite. I don't understand how anyone can look at the plethora of FACTS available and still make a compelling argument for the Coyotes to remain in that location. If there was ever a point in time since they got there that they were viable and held local interest, then maybe there'd be a reason for this debacle. There's nobody. If you add up the average TV numbers and average attendance for this franchise, I don't believe you actually fill the building. It's DEAD.
The people have spoken. They want this team gone. I know Canadians with houses down there love the idea of going to a hockey game where they get everything but oral for 29 bucks a seat, but the math doesn't work. Move on.
