While your country-neutral position is noble, it doesn't make sense when clearly there are about 15-20 nations with the top tier of coaches.

This post is awfully different from the one where you said "we need an English coach".

What I said was that we need to find the right guy, who has the right experience and some fresh new ideas to infuse into this program. The last thing we need to do is narrow our options down to one country, especially if that country is England.
