I don't see their pitching depth geting neutralized at all now that they have home field throughout the playoffs. Their pitchers splits all are much better at home. Going Cain to MadBum in Games 1 and 2 at home makes it awfully tough on the opposing team. Their offense is pretty standard for the NL. I'd give the Cardinals a slight edge, but it's a short series, these playoffs have been so messed up already. This is a Cardinals team that left the door open for the Dodgers of all teams to take the last WC spot and then they just find a way. Carpenter is an ace in the hole like none other. It's beyond tough to explain the Cardinals.
