I'm usually pretty confident in my urinal etiquette, but the restrooms at my new office have me second guessing myself. So here's the situation:
Position A is a children's urinal
Position B is a full sized urinal
Position C is a full sized urinal
Position D is a crapper
There are additional crappers beyond D, but they aren't really relevant.
Obviously, the urinal in Position C is the correct selection if you walk into an empty bathroom, but I haven't figured out what to do if the stall in position D is occupied but all three urinals are free.
If I knew that the other urinals would remain unoccupied, I'd go with urinal B to provide a buffer between myself and the crapper, but that risks forcing another guy to go right next to me if he walks in before I'm done. Urinal A provides a buffer and leaves an open space for the next guy at Position C, but if there is no next guy, I just used a children's urinal for no reason. Position C could work, but then I'm right beside the guy in the stall.
