Lord knows they need an overhaul, especially in the work ethic department.

Everyone want nice spaces but don't have to deal with them.

Everyone complains about the good old days when people weren't afraid of work and were better neighbours.

Well shut up and be a good neighbour. Your friend and your government will catch on. If it's YOUR public space then treat it with the care your lawn gets. You pick up trash people or the wind put on your lawn right?
