He does have a temper on the sideline, anyone could see that but I really dont blame him, after the 4th sack in only the 2nd quarter, given up by the same LT, I'd like to think most QBs would be pretty openly livid at that player.
Finally; Lovie Smith, Brian Urlacher, Lance Briggs, Julius Peppers and Charles Tillman have all noted him as a natural leader on the field and I think the fact he is belligerent, vocal and angry make him look like a bad team player when most QBs in the league have a much more passive and quiet manner about them when things are going south
