See, I have a hard time believing this. He was sacked 53 times in 2010, I believe it was about 15 more times than any other quarterback, yet he still led the team to a division title and a 10-5 season. Last year he was 23 times in only 10 games. 23 times, and he was 7-3 up to that point and most likely on route to a 10+ win season. Hardly seems like someone who falls apart when something goes wrong.

He does have a temper on the sideline, anyone could see that but I really dont blame him, after the 4th sack in only the 2nd quarter, given up by the same LT, I'd like to think most QBs would be pretty openly livid at that player.

Finally; Lovie Smith, Brian Urlacher, Lance Briggs, Julius Peppers and Charles Tillman have all noted him as a natural leader on the field and I think the fact he is belligerent, vocal and angry make him look like a bad team player when most QBs in the league have a much more passive and quiet manner about them when things are going south

This bear doesn't think he's a great leader.
