I don't recall anyone in the thread condemning transsexual people and if they did I am pretty sure there is no tolerance for that. Disagreeing on how surgery is paid for does not make someone a bigot. In fact, the judge ruled over the state which had earlier said the surgery should not be covered, so is everyone else a bigot?

My post was commenting on another posters thoughts about the future and really had no specific target in this thread, since what people teach their kids really isn't related to the discussion at hand. It also had nothing to do with the funding issues, the medical necessity or availability of such procedures, or insulting people who objected to the procedure.
If you thought otherwise, and that is why you responded as you did to me, then I apologize, but I promise that you missed the entire point of my post.
