I'd actually love to see a breakdown of all the stuff that was taken from various comics.
From the horse in BB to the spinning camera work on the rooftop between Gordon, Dent and Batman to the sonar in his boot thing.
It really seems like Nolan, his brother and Goyer took a lot influences from TDKR, Year One, Long Halloween/Dark Victory, Arkham Asylum (the comic not the VG), Knightfall, The Killing Joke and who knows how many others but based on the stuff I recognized I'd say those were the main ones.
It was really cool to see various scenes or aspects of the character that were ripped directly from the comic book and fused with Nolan's own unique vision of Batman.
