I don't think Baertschi is the type of talent you can leave off your power play, regardless. He's got unbelievable hands and anticipation and he never seems rattled, so I think he should be given solid PP minutes from the get go.

Tanguay was brutal on the point though.
If Baertschi needs PP time, take out Glencross. As much as I love scoreface, he's better at ES and PK.
