Basil's always been kind of sketchy. Huge difference between this shooting at the one at Bolsa IMO. The Bolsa owners are just a sweet old couple, it happened during business hours, and they were victims too. Meanwhile you just have to sit at Basil for an hour or so to figure out that pho isn't their #1 source of income.
