Nice work by this guy, he knows his F-18 is toast but he makes sure to dump the 1600 gallons of fuel before ejecting,first he got his student to eject,then dumped the fuel and then got the hell out of there.witnesses say he was very low before he ejected.
The plane crashed in an apartment complex of five buildings, had he not dumped the fuel most certainly there would have been great loss of life.
In shock, the pilot apologized for his jet crashing into the apartment complex, and residents pulled him safely away from the fiery crash zone.
